Rap star LiL Wayne, has penned a memoir of his eight month experience at Rikers Island. LiL Wayne kept a day to day diary of his thoughts and feelings. He opens up about his family, relationships, kids and his future. “We are thrilled to be publishing Wayne’s prison memoir,” said Ben Greenberg, executive editor at Grand Central Publishing. “He kept detailed journals of his inner and outer life while he was on Rikers Island, and they certainly tell a story. The modern relationship is a complicated one. Not to say relationships in the past were not, but today’s relationships have to face a lot more distractions. In addition to those distractions, today’s relationships also lack romance. More than knowing she is loved, a woman wants to be shown that she is loved. Put It In Writing
With the advancement of technology, namely smartphones, writing has become a lost art form. Today, people communicate mostly through texts and emails. If that is enough, social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook give people another option to communicate through typing. No matter how “romantic” the message you type to your girlfriend is, it will never carry the level of intimacy that a hand written note or love letter carries. Even if you are not the best writer, a sincere message goes a long way. For beginners, start with these three words: I Love You!
Take Her On A Date
Quality time is necessary for any relationship to succeed. Quality time can involve eating breakfast, watching television or taking a walk together. She will appreciate any uninterrupted time she gets to spend with you. Add a little spark to your quality time by taking her on a date. Make reservations at a romantic restaurant, put on dinner attire, turn off your phones, and enjoy each other’s company. Treat her like you are trying to win her heart all over again.
