Last night the star-studded Billboard Music Awards took place in Sin City! The show was hosted by comedian Tracy Morgan, and everyone from Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Kelly Rowland, JLo, PitBull, Wiz Khalifia, Amber Rose, Miguel and Will.i.Am shut down the Las Vegas MGM Grand Garden Arena red carpet. I had a chance to attend Chaka Khans star-studded 60th birthday party last night at EVR in NYC.
