A month after being traded to the Dallas Mavericks, Khloe and Lamar have finally found a place to call home! They have leased a two-bedroom condo at the luxurious W Dallas Victory Hotel & Residences in the downtown’s Victory Park neighborhood. The luxury condo was originally on the market for $1.625 million, which was owned by Mack Hicks, the son of Texas Rangers owner Tom Hicks. Khloe and Lamar opted to lease the condo on Dec. 22 for $7,500 a month, according to property records. The pad is tricked out with Miele kitchen appliances, a stainless-steel wet bar with a custom wine rack and ice machine, mother-of-pearl mosaic tiles in the bathrooms, and automatic window shades throughout so the couple can have complete privacy at just the push of a button. ”It has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the city, which I think they really enjoyed,” realtor Steve Rigely told E! News. Rigely, of Rogers Healy and Associates, showed and subsequently rented the condo to Khloé and Lamar. Resident amenities in the building include a concierge service, two fitness centers, an infinity pool, a lap pool, a 5,000-square-foot Bliss spa, an entertainment lounge and an outpost of Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio‘s Craft restaurant.
