King Bey’s new Vogue cover has leaked all over the net. The title speaks for itself “Queen B..Beyonce Rules the World”. Beyonce seems to be channeling Audrey Hepburn in her new cover, her flawless skin is accented with thick, black eyeliner, neutral eye shadow and coral blush. She looks perfect with her bouffant hair and side bangs.

Beyoncé will kick off “The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour” on April 15 in Belgrade, Serbia, with the U.S. leg launching on June 28 in L.A.
